Our Practice
We are a family owned business just two twin sisters who are dedicated to serving our client's needs and fostering growth. Our practice enables us to offer effective Outpatient Mental Health Counseling services. We treat a number of mental health disorders. Our therapists are qualified to help you overcome the struggles you may be facing. We provide services to individuals, families, and couples. We provide group therapy to promote connection and Supervised Visitation Services for families to promote safety.
Our Treatment Focus
Our focus is to help individuals heal and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, teaching you safe coping skills, and building your support system. We will work together to
customize a treatment plan that fits your individual needs. We are trained in various treatment methods to aid in alleviating mental health symptoms, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Depression & Anxiety
Depression and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Depression and anxiety impact our lives, relationships, careers, and self-care. Through counseling we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, hope, and joy that you once had in your life.
Trauma & PTSD
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic experiences. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can be present after traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of healing. We will work to help you re-establish safety, support, hope, and power in your life.
LGBTQ+
The LGBTQ+ community is a vulnerable population struggling with gender identity, sexual orientation, and oppression. We specialize in services to help you in your coming out process, transition, build support system, and safe coping skills. We provide a safe, accepting, nonjudgmental, and supporting space to live your life authentically.
